No. Open the editor, upload a PDF, and download the result. An account is only needed for the features that live in your dashboard: saved documents, version history, emailing a copy, and e-signature.

Files you upload without an account are processed on our servers and removed automatically within 24 hours. Conversion working files are cleared within a few hours. Nothing you upload is used to train AI models.
Yes. The converter turns a PDF into an editable Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), or PowerPoint (.pptx) file, and can export each page as a JPG or PNG image. Conversion works best on text-based PDFs rather than scans.
Yes. The redaction tool removes the covered content from the page when you save, so it cannot be copied, searched, or recovered from the downloaded file. Review the result before sharing, as with any redaction.
